Events must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance – BOTH 1st & 2nd visits (if Needed) will be scheduled at that time – A $25 deposit is required – a minimum of 8 children is required – less that 8 – you will be charged for 8. We can accommodate 8-50 scouts – larger groups will have to be split up into separate visits. Please do not plan on a snack while at The Clay Ground. We offer these events for scouts only – siblings (even if in another troop) are not to be included, (we will be happy to host an event for their troop) Leaders are invited to join in the activity.Scout events are Drop Off – Because of the room we need to move around each scout to assist, we must insist that parents leave before we begin the project. We have found in our past 6 years of Scout events that overcrowding keeps us from doing our job properly. Thank you for your cooperation in this and all the above guidelines. Please inform your troop that due to our unique learning enviroment & curriculum, outstanding behavior is a must. Class will be stopped everytime poor behavior becomes an issue. Poor troop behavior will be reported to Indian Hill Counsel.Thank you for advising the girls of this prior to your visit.
All payment s/b in the form of a troop check or lump sum of cash, individual payments from scouts are not accepted. PLEASE PROVIDE TAX CERTIFICATE PRIOR OR DAY OF VISIT TO BE TAX EXEMPT.
